The hotel is summed up in one word - value. Location and proximity to bay area activities are excellent and the staff are always helpful, even with complex requests. The gentleman from maintenance was willing to go above and beyond to make sure my room was optimal when I had a problem. Overall, it checks all the boxes - good bed, good shower, and great service.

Excellent staff, particularly the housekeeping staff, and an outstanding mention for the maintenance man. He came to my room in the middle of the night and fixed a problem I caused. He was very kind and knew just what to do. I’d come again for that excellent service. He provided security as well, and well.

I really like how well housekeeping is good with taking pride in there job...great job all staffs and desk clerks for the awesome customer service provided & granting us a comfortable stay . We definitely will be back in town for another stay soon. Thank you staff member and desk clerks.
